Step2:  When we get your inquiry, we will give you a quotation by e-mail .

Step3:  You need tell us the items, size, or your measurement if need and other details .

Step4:  When you make the payment, then inform us ASAP. And tell us your address and telephone.

Step5:  We will dispatch the dresses within 24 hours after receive your payment.

Return Policy

 We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion in an important undertaking. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check the package whether damaged or not?

If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. If not,the dresses can’t be returned or exchanged.

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Dresses 

Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, Please provide our sales with clear photographs which show the problem of the dresses.

Size Issues 

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn refer to our standard size, the finished gown may vary by approximately 2 cm in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors will adjust size for you if you provide your measurement. Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than 2cm, we encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse the tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

Color Mismatch 

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our sales to see if a return or refund is possible.
